i have a huge buttt cramp that is slowly ebbing away

i got it during id practice when i was sitting on a bleacher and my phone vibrated and i was like VIBRATTION! and i picked it up and i sat up and my leg like spazzed, and then my butt cramped like freaking heck. -__________-

and i realized today, that i'm scared of flying balls, but when i'm in a game, i'm not :O
